We think the patient's pain was most likely caused by bowel ischemia secondary to acute thrombosis of the superior mesentery artery mycotic aneurysm. 病患之腹痛应是向于上肠系膜细菌性动脉瘤栓塞引发肠子缺氧所造成的。
Pathology examination showed inflammation compatible with a mycotic aneurysm, although cultures of the resected aneurysm had no growth. 病理上发现动脉瘤有明显发炎反应同时判断为细菌性动脉瘤，动脉瘤培养没有长菌。
