After shipment, Seller shall present a sight bill of exchange drawn on Buyer together with the required documents to Buyer through a bank. 货物装运后，卖方应通过买方银行向买方出具以买方为付款人的即期汇票并附上所需单据。
The Bank shall not be responsible for loss or delay of any bill of exchange or documents in transit or in the possession of any correspondent agent or sub-agent. 银行无需对代理行或分代理在传输或持有汇票或单据过程中发生的遗失或延迟负责。
