Conelusion Massive adenofibroma of the breast is a precystosarcoma disease and mastectomy should be done if local recurrence occurs after local excision. 结论乳腺巨腺纤维瘤为叶状囊肉瘤的一前期疾病，局部切除后反复复发者应行乳房切除。
