The fibroblasts from normal skin, hypertrophic scar and keloid were cultured, respectively, in vitro, and their morphologies and growth kinetics were compared. 结果发现，三类细胞的形态学方面没有明显差异，但瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞排列更加紊乱，极性消失，有交叉重叠现象。
